SMS Consent Disclosure (read to every caller): When you call (904) 585-2430, our automated phone system asks whether you agree to receive informational text messages from UniTrust Financial Group (Select Agent Performers, LLC) about your mortgage protection inquiry, including follow-ups, appointment reminders, and quote information. Press 1 to agree or 2 to decline. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for support. By pressing 1, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

This page shows exactly how consumers agree to receive text messages from UniTrust Financial Group (Select Agent Performers, LLC dba UniTrust Financial Group). Consent is collected by our automated phone system (IVR) when a consumer calls the number printed on our mortgage protection insurance mailer.

How opt-in works

  1. The consumer receives a UniTrust Financial Group mailer about mortgage protection insurance. View the sample mailer.
  2. The consumer calls (904) 585-2430, the number printed on the mailer.
  3. The automated system plays the greeting and the text message consent prompt shown below, word for word.
  4. The consumer presses 1 to agree to receive text messages, or 2 to decline. If no key is pressed, the prompt is repeated once. No response is treated as a decline.
  5. For callers who press 1, we record the caller's phone number, the key pressed, the date and time, and the call ID, and the call is recorded. Text messages are sent only to phone numbers with a recorded "press 1" consent.
  6. Callers who press 2 or do not respond are contacted by phone only and do not receive text messages.
